A poem about our trip to Hermitage of Braid on Sunday 21st Sept

Hermitage of Braid

Meadow grass had been cut down

Strewn willy nilly

Sunshine and blue skies

The rescue team descended

Dirties had arrived

The meadows we raked

Grass collected in barrows

Pilled in the nettles

Flowers will grow soon

Lunch and ratchet screwdriver

The meadow reraked

Thanks Nina!
